is one of the two closest to a really safe color I've tried. It's funny that he and another brand (a red bottle of TRESemme keratin straightening) are cheaper and do what they say! I chose Tresemme because it has a more natural smell but I liked how this OGX shampoos my hair better but it smells too "perfumed" for my nose and I would be fine if it didn't linger on my hair would. for a few hours afterwards, resulting in a sinus headache both times I used it (my nose and perfume/chemical smells don't mix). If you like perfume scents then this one is really good for colored hair in general and the conditioner isn't bad either. If you have trouble with perfume scents, choose Tresemme instead (but not their conditioner, it doesn't smell like shampoo or conditioner).
