I like that it allows me to customize my own reports, as well as being able to add new fields easily. It is very easy for users with little experience in using software to use this product. There are some features missing from the free version that you have to pay for, which can be expensive. If your looking for quick turn around times then this tool will help you get there quicker than any other system out there. We were trying to keep track of our customers' information but we couldn't find anything that was simple enough for people without much computer knowledge or training to understand. This helped us solve that problem by allowing us to quickly pull up customer data into one place so we could make sure everyone had access to all their info at once.
