Seems to be working.: Edge and corner protection
UPDATE: So eventually they start to peel off. I'm not sure if it's from time or my kids. it is bad to take it from my children. but you can glue it again. it just isn't as effective as fresh out of the bag. One of my twin sons fell off the couch in an awkward position. I was able to protect his head from falling, but his back was scratched from landing on the sharp edge of the stool. So I decided to buy it hoping it wouldn't happen to them. haven't seen its effectiveness yet as none of them have fallen yet (knock on wood). but so far they have not tried to peel or bite them off. it is very easy to install. seems easy to remove. I had to remove one to reinstall because it was crooked. So I guess it depends on your kids.
