I wear shoes in size 8. It happens 7.5 or 8.5. I chose the smaller size. While they fitted great initially, after wearing them for a while my big toe started to hurt and turn red. This is not possible for a diabetic. I am sending them back and ordered an 8.5 which are a half inch longer which should be enough to relieve my toe. At least I hope so, because these are the most comfortable shoes! I ordered a pair for my granddaughter and my daughter even ordered a pair for herself.
