The thing works surprisingly well. Peeling hard-boiled eggs has always been risky for me. It does the job. Here's what I do: Put the eggs in a small saucepan, fill the saucepan with water to cover the eggs. Turn on the stove until the water boils. Turn off the stove immediately after the water boils. wait 10 minutes Drain and fill with cold water and 3 glasses of ice. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes. Then use Negg. Put on a hat, add water to the top of the hat. Lay an egg. Put on another hat. Shake a little. take off your hat Pour the egg and water into my hand over the sink, then voila, remove the shell. Works every time. Only problem is I eat too many hard boiled eggs because it's so easy. :)
