This instant-read thermometer is ideal for both indoor and outdoor cooking. We keep this black folding thermometer in the kitchen next to our black steel range and stainless steel oven. The probe is easy to clean and disinfect for all types of meat. The meat temperature guide on the back of the thermometer is a quick guide to grilling, so I don't have to use Alexa or search my phone for a Med Rare temperature for steaks or a safe temperature for rotisserie chicken. The magnet embedded inside is the perfect strength so it stays in place but doesn't require much effort to get out and use quickly. The two-button system makes it easy to use and is in a user-friendly position to light up the display or hold after reading. I keep my readings in degrees F and love the large LCD font and blue backlit LCD with indiglow background.
