I was so excited about this but it turned out to be a nightmare. I managed to inflate only two foil balloons. The straw that comes with it is terrible as it is recycled paper. The "twinkle, twinkle" sign wasn't stuck with the letters to the right. The arch itself was beautiful but with foil balloons and a sign it was a nightmare. You can see in my picture that the moon is crumpled because it didn't want to stay inflated. I managed to fully inflate two stars but not the other two. Foil balloons also complete the look! I also used my own "yay" instead of the blink.
