The pants look fine, but they are far more about function than style. They are made for anyone who plans to be active and wants pants that fit securely but comfortably while offering a lot of secure storage options and are waterproof. These pants have plenty of pockets, many with zippers, and also places to hang/hook items for easy access. These are pants meant for extended outdoor activities such as hiking, while offering a "pulled together" appearance. They could even serve as lightweight tactical pants, but I wouldn't recommend using them for active duty as there is no extra padding on the knees and they have a reflective safety patch that would catch/reflect light. I would especially recommend these for travelers/tourists who plan to do a lot of walking/sightseeing and want to keep some of their possessions stored securely while remaining comfortable all day (even in bad weather).
