The software has an easy-to use interface that allows for fast progress toward certification without too much difficulty or overwhelming content (which I love!).

It's great how it keeps track with my certifications/courses so there are no duplicates! Nothing about this training as far as benefits - but perhaps those who have been doing their own QA will understand better than me what some of these features provide in return? We're able train technicians quickly at our facility while working directly from home when needed due to Covid restrictions within facilities we work out side of during normal business hours; plus being able to do online courses helps us continue education after COVID passes through.
