I like that it's easy to use for my clients as well! It has helped me increase proposals sent out by 10% in just one month of using this software. The customer service is great too - they are always willing to help you if needed! Nothing yet but we have been working together since day 1 so far no issues at all! Highly recommend!! This helps us send more emails/proposal requests which leads into additional business opportunities. We also get better results when sending our email campaigns because there isn't much spam going through now. Clients love having access to their own online portal where they can view past invoices or request new ones from previous projects without needing an agent involved. Their agents don’t need training either; everything is self-explanatory once they log onto the system. They even offer support via phone calls after hours should.
