Review on Toshiba DVR620 Recorder Certified Refurbished by Ikki Martini
Works adequately for my needs.
DVD works fine but VHS freezes when sending signal to TV. It could just be the VHS playback capability through the HDMI output, but I'm not sure. My TV only has an HDMI input, so I can't check the RCA output from the device. For my purposes (in my basement hall) this is enough for my needs.
