Support is awesome! They're helpful but not pushy. If you need assistance at any time that day or night, their helpdesk is quick to respond and has excellent knowledge for many different products. Backups are automatically scheduled and occur throughout the week or so they are enabled. I'm able to restore at my leisure without being in front of some large server running our backup software. And since they have great support, we don't have to worry about problems down the road. Not much; if you aren't already using backups then it may seem too difficult to implement. But when set-up correctly, the benefits outweigh the setup process. We were experiencing some very specific errors which would require manual intervention which meant we risked losing important data. Now, we know that euBackups ensures that none of that is possible. Eubackup is great software for us to backup our whole server as well as individual machines in different environments (dev/test). The UI can be improved but it's pretty good overall - just needs some work here and there! We are using this product at my current job to have daily & weekly backups of all production databases which we then restore if needed. This gives me peace of mind knowing that I don't need to worry about losing any code or database changes between deployments, etc.
