Our microwave came to our house and we never had a problem until I tried a thorough cleaning. The original part fell out and had a broken corner so it couldn't stay. I googled the solution and started looking for a replacement. Stumbled across this post and decided to purchase. The delivery was very fast and it was easy to cut. I took the old part and cut it out with my knife (I just turned over the missing part and cut it from the good side). Because this material is stiff, like flimsy cardboard, it took us a few tries to press it into place (as we didn't want to bend it too much, but my husband could do it). It's such a great investment and we haven't had any issues for a month.
