They were perfect for my 4 year old son's dance night. I needed something cheap, stretchy, polyester/spandex, and comfortable. It was so difficult to find something similar for boys so I decided on girls leggings. They were great, especially for the price! Not too tight. There were two packs but I only donated a second pair as I only needed the black ones. My son has very skinny legs so they made him skinnier but that's what I wanted. They fit him well at the waist.
