I love the stainless material. They are glossy, not matte, so when dry they look like dirt/water stains. My husband was so disappointed I skipped aluminum because they are so flimsy. The first time he took meat off the grill, the pan burned his hand because the heat was transferred almost instantly. I will keep them because the aluminum has to go but I would like them to be thicker. Also, they were a lot smaller than I expected. Not that the dimensions were inaccurate, I just didn't pay attention and expected them to be pretty much the same as my old aluminum ones. Too bad they didn't make a big skillet too. The tone of the legs here is the same as my standard size baking sheet. I shared a picture of snack bags for size reference.
