The rod walks up and down, because of this, it is sometimes inconvenient to use it as a mouse when you are browsing the Internet or just performing normal tasks on a computer. It is impossible to set up the tablet in such a way that at the same time it would be possible to scroll through the viewed page on the Internet with the stylus and use one of the mouse buttons as the right one in order, for example, to open a window in a new tab or save an image from the Internet. And it's not about the button settings through the driver. I tried everything, wrote to support. At first there were answers a couple of times. After I was asked to record a video of the problem and I sent it to them, no one else answered me. I wrote back several times, no response. Unfortunately, as for the service, I am absolutely not satisfied with it and I do not recommend buying a product whose service is lame. I hope that xp-pen employees will see my review and work on the bugs, correcting what causes a lot of inconvenience for me personally. I plan to buy a tablet from another well-known company soon, even if I overpay a little, but I will be sure that such problems will not arise. I do not recommend this product to you.
