I tried cleaning the old print head several times until there was no ink left on the paper towel. When I reset it I was able to print 1 test page and then revert to error B200 as well as error C000. I read the reviews on this product, ordered on Friday and received on Monday! Inserted, inserted. ink cartridges and allowed it to complete the boot cycle and print a test page. I then printed a few files using the duplex capabilities and it worked like a new printer. I hope this lasts, but I might just buy another one in case of a future failure.
