No way to set volume
There ear buds look like most other ones with the ear bud and the solid "hanging finger" that runs down the outside of your ear. There is a "fingerprint" design on the ear bud. You can change the type of hearing sound, 1, 2 or 3, by tapping the ear bud. This only change the way the sound is captured/produced, not the volume. They kept wanting to pair but I wanted them to be ear aids, not music speakers. They fit nicely and there is a charging box to keep them in when not wearing them but isn't what I needed.
