Review on ScanFile by Bob Schultz

Scanfile have been looking after my photocopying needs for over 20 years now.They are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. They are always helpful and do things that other companies wouldn't like to.I can always rely on them to deliver quality work at a great price. I cannot complain at all about the service I recieve from them! The only think i dislike is when you order a large number you find they forget some documents or they print out 2 copies - which can be confusing if your sending out many different invoices etc. We have never had any problems with this service so I cant pick out anything negative but the positives are that they are reliable and they keep coming back to us for regular quotes etc. No one else has quoted such good rates, they don't charge ridiculous postage costs and everything is kept confidential between myself and scanfile. The ability to scan in many different formats as well as being able to convert them into electronic format so that I can have access later was great! Can not think of anything which could be improved about this product or service we used from Scan file? We are using it for an internal document management system within our organisation. It has enabled us to keep track of documents stored at each branch office but also made easy when sending out invoices etc due to its email functionality.
