Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

Set of high-quality, oven-safe, deep-frying pans that may also be used for stewing. The handle can be quickly attached or detached. There are little scuffs on the exterior of the dishes, and the silver edge of the bottom is sharp enough to hurt you. I pray for their extended life span.
