I had ankle problems running and the Sporttape gave me the support I needed to keep going. I was able to relieve the pain (almost) completely with the right bandage, so I was hooked. I started with KT Tape but it's quite expensive. I bought a Mueller and although I have to cut the strips myself instead of pre-ordering them like KT does, the money saved is totally worth it. My Mueller bandages consistently hold up better than KT tape bandages. If you know what you're doing with duct tape, this is a great buy.
