I bought this for my 3 year old daughter who is crazy about mermaids and her kids! She impressed me as deeply as I did. She loves lounging in her blanket and even sleeps in it at night! And now she loves to play with her little mermaids. My biggest fear was that the material would become rough after washing or that washing would weaken the stitching. I've washed both a few times and they're still like new. The colors do not fade even when washed. Great quality and affordable! Attached photo is after a few washes.
