I really like this scale. Large, bright display that is easy to read even without glasses. There is no fuss or hassle with these scales and they get the job done without me having to spend a lot of money. They also come with a 2 year guarantee. I've had other electronic scales (with added features like BMI, % water etc and smartphone connectivity) and they all seem to stop working with fancy features after about a year when the warranty ends. So I got tired of paying for all the electronics that kept failing, so I decided to get a scale I could rely on, without all the bells and whistles. If I want to keep track of BMI there are a lot of phone apps where you put your weight and height in and do all these charts and save the data for you so the scale doesn't have to do that. One caveat: you must place it on a hard surface, not a carpet, if you want to get an accurate reading. This applies to most electronic scales, but these are clearly stated in the instructions. Also recalibrate if you move the scale. It's easy, just hop on and off, then have it reset before getting back on.
