Review on BILLY Footwear Classic Lace High II: The Perfect Shoe for Little and Big Kids by Roger King

Edited after contacting Billy Shoes (I went to their website and emailed with a low quality link) I have to say that this company stands behind their product. Which is a rarity these days! I once emailed the Setchers about a pair of shoes that fell apart in less than a month and I hadn't heard from them. So the fact that this company replied to my email was amazing! But it got even better! I emailed a photo of the broken shoes and they sent us a new pair for free! (still waiting for them, but they're on their way!) That's saying a lot! They're expensive and shouldn't break or wear out in two months (especially during the winter months when my daughter wears boots 50% of the time and sneakers 50% of the time). So I changed my rating from 1 star to 4. Below is my initial review: My daughter needs shoes with some extra ankle support. She has an orthopedic surgeon on her left leg. The shoes fit perfectly. We loved her so much! Unfortunately, two months later, a hole appeared! I'm not happy at all. I'm not rich and I can't afford to change $50 sneakers every two months. Now I'm trying to contact the seller :-(
