Don't buy anything just because of the name, this adapter is excellent!
I had version 4.0 of this adapter and wanted to update it. After the purchase I was addicted to this company. I'll give you a little tip that will help you in the long run, definitely don't plug in the adapter until you've installed the company's drivers first or you'll be in trouble. Install the drivers and then the adapter, everything else works fine. Also, DO NOT allow Windows to update the Bluetooth drivers or they will stop working. I did that and had to roll back the drivers, after that it worked great again. Definitely worth buying!
