Colourful, soft handles and extra-sharp blades make peeling potatoes easier. I liked that they came in a set of three. When I only had one knife I liked, I always had to find it to use it. Now one can go in the sink and the other in the dishwasher, and hey! Here's another one in the drawer where they belong!
