Works fine with my new Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 in the USB C port and my LG 43" tv as a second monitor plugged into the HDMI port. Win 11.One problem I had, and I see other reviewers have mentioned this, is that HDMI stopped working or it worked erratically. A Windows error message popped up saying there was a power problem. So, I plugged the USB C power adapter from my chromebook into the device (which has the same 65 watt power specs as the USB port on the laptop) and it works fine. So the reason for the problem is that it needs to be powered for it to work, at least in my situation. I bought another USB 3 power adapter that matched the 65w power specs for the ASUS for $25 and haven't had a problem since. Make sure you plug the adapter into the correct power port on the dock! As a plus, it charges the laptop too. I do keep the laptops primary power adapter plugged in while doing cpu/gpu intensive work because I don't think the 65w adapter would be able to keep the battery charged for a long period.One minor thing is that it doesn't work with the Asus Thunderbolt 4 port though Thunderbolt 3 is mentioned in the product title. That's not a big deal since it works fine in the USB C port.I'm using the dock's HDMI port, a usb port for a scale, a usb port for a thermal printer, and a usb port for a laptop cooling fan. Everything works fine now that I've been using the power adapter. It's nice to be able to just unplug a couple plug when using the laptop away from the desk. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase.
