Broke a month after receiving it
I really liked this bag and its style; However, it broke within a month of using it. I don't think I carry incredibly heavy stuff and the size of this bag makes me feel like it can hold quite a lot of stuff. I asked for an exchange thinking maybe the bag was defective and there was a manufacturing error in the batch of bags; However, the second bag also broke within a month of receiving it - and I intentionally carried less in it to make sure it didn't break. Also, the short handles really squeak when you go with the shoulder strap.
