Charges iPhone 8 Plus at 15W
Charges iPhone 8 Plus at 14-15W at 50% battery. Before I measured it, I wasn't sure if it would work. The phone will beep, stop charging after a few seconds, beep and restart. The first charge is 5V and then I assume it negotiates USB-PD or something because when it "reboots" it charges at 9V. The cable is thick but flexible, the connectors fit well at both ends.
