Works fine but they sent me pre filled or used
Comes with citronella infused ore so there is no way to fill these collars with unscented spray. Dogs easily get eye infections with citronella sprays, and this listing shows that these collars are not pre-filled. They may be used collars that are sent to customers. A trainer friend of mine bought them in the past and they were never pre-filled with citronella so either the product was changed and they are now supplied pre-filled or I was sent 3 used collars.
