The best thing about this software is that it has all the functionality you need in a single place. It will help you keep track of your customers’ reviews and make sure they are always happy with your service/product. As for my experience, I can say that it was great. Very easy to use and even easier to understand. I can't think of anything negative. I would highly recommend this product because it helps me keep track of my customers' reviews, which makes things more convenient for me. I really like how easy it is for me to use once I've logged into my account.The customer service is great as well. Very helpful in answering any questions you may have. Nothing really dislike about the software, but maybe having a few more features would be nice. It makes it easier to keep track of all the reviews I've written and also keeps them updated with new ones. I feel better knowing that I'm keeping track of what customers are saying about me and my business.
