Lots of time and patience!

It's very nice but damn I had no idea what I was getting myself into. By the time I had half the chair and a book together I had used up most of the glue! I hope to finish somewhere between 2023 and my death. So far, this daunting task has led me to early menopause, but hey, I'm going to make it anyway, right? This was supposed to be a FUN Christmas present for my student, but I think I deserved the "worst present" today. I'll keep going and see how far I get - it looks really cute - in the picture. And we all know how beautiful food looks in cookbook photos compared to reality, so I think it's going to follow the same pattern.
