It's not chalk, it's a cream that doesn't dry out.
Nice colors but no chalk. It's more like a cream put in a chalk mold. You don't have to wet your hair at all because it's so creamy. But it also doesn't dry out because it's so creamy. I wouldn't recommend buying it as it doesn't dry out your hair and doesn't look good on your hair. Regular chalk definitely works better. Hair looks VERY oily even with a blow dryer.
