Not waterproof IPX7, language stuck in Chinese, customer support not working.

Edit: I was able to change my language back to English by holding down the play/pause button to enter pairing mode, then I double clicked the play/pause button and it worked back in English, although I had to do a bit of digging on the network and find instructions for another headset that worked the same way. I wrote a review about it back in July 2020 when I actually received the item, but for some reason it never got published. The product is advertised as IPX7, where "even the rainy or snowy day will not affect its use and make your outdoor driving more exciting". After reading the manual, many of which are littered with bad grammar, the security warning states that the device is only IPX4 waterproof and asks in terms as precise as "please do not put it under water or use it in the rain". the image I provided. I decided to return this one and order another one thinking I might have gotten the wrong one or a bad one. When the goods arrived again, the situation was the same. In the end I decided to leave this one. While I really want my device to be waterproof as advertised, I wear a full face helmet and it rarely rains where I am. Another seemingly false advertisement is 60 hours of uninterrupted playtime. Although I haven't tested the exact battery life, the manual says it's 45-50 hours, and the 10-15 hour difference is pretty big. I usually charge the headset before traveling and even after a couple of hours the battery seems strong enough but the product page says one thing and the manual says another and it really doesn't help. Here, after about 8 months of using the headset, the language on the headset has changed to Chinese. I'm still not sure how this happened as I've never pressed any buttons other than power. Looking through the manual, it doesn't mention how to change the language. It only has 3 buttons and I tried different ways to press the buttons. I've tried going to their website to contact support and email them describing the problem, but after sending messages I keep getting "fatal error". I gave up after a few tries and looked at their contact number. After a quick search, I found that the contact number in Mainland China is exactly the same as another company called WNJACO. It seemed sketchy so I dropped it. I hope this review will at least shed some light on my language situation. One of the perks of using a headset is that they're pretty good. The headset is quite loud. I almost drove through an intersection once when I didn't hear a fire engine siren approaching, and I didn't even turn it up to full volume. I can still hear my music on the Autobahn and at over 100 km/h, although it's difficult to hear during a call unless I take my hands off the wheel and turn up the volume. The buttons are hard to find and press when riding with gloves on, so I would have liked them to be taller.
