Review on 🔧 Sony PS3 Disc Drive Replacement Laser Lens and Deck KES-400A/ KEM-400AAA Models + Nextec T10 Screwdriver Bundle by Don Leblanc

I was watching a movie on my PS3 when it suddenly stopped playing. It seemed strange to me, so I took out the disc, put it back in and nothing happened. Tried another drive, same problem. So like everyone else I did some research and realized that my laser probably died. I saw that I can buy the laser module itself from Nextec on Revain or the laser AND the deck as a kit. Considering the whole unit is only a few bucks I figured why not get the whole thing, it wouldn't hurt to replace all the motors and the laser at once! Everything came quickly (thanks, Prime!). The installation went quite well, the only problem was that I was in a rush with the process. The video that Nextec provides on their website/YouTube is fantastic and showed me the whole process of disassembling a drive. I could not have asked for a better product or more information.
