On App - a clunky UI which makes it difficult to navigate around.

The ability to run various software applications across multiple servers in different environments (on premise/hybrid & AWS).The UI looks very clunky compared to other providers like CloudAve or Altaro etc., which makes it difficult at times to navigate around. I would suggest that they improve their product's UX by making them more simplistic / less complex as this will help reduce customer churn - which currently appears high due to lack of understanding how easy it can be to use our products. We are using On App to manage several types of VMs such as Hypervisors (KVM), Virtual Desktops(Xen)and Software Applications running inside these hypervisor platforms.

Pros

It has good support from its staff when needed via phone call but also live chat available 24 hours per day if required!

Cons

Lack of user friendly interface is an issue especially now we do not need so many resources anymore hence there should never been any issues regarding resource
