This was not our first trampoline, so we knew what to expect. When I opened the box, all the parts were present and accounted for. I tried to open the trampoline, and that's where the trouble started. It would not fully open. The inside cloth part is not shaped correctly and the springs have so much tension that it is physically impossible for two grown ups to open it. Trust me, we tried everything. It just didn't happen. Then we noticed that the manual was not even for the trampoline in the box but some other random trampoline. Some of the legs were stripped, we needed tools to screw them in, but even then the trampoline would not snap open. The previous one we had was easy to set up, this one appeared to be impossible. Very upset since we got it for my autistic son, it soothes him a lot. I hope that ours was an anomaly, but the truth of it is that the quality is absolutely atrocious and the product is unusable.
