The product does the job. I was concerned about the very thin wire used to make the cable because I had to route the cable behind the drywall. A thicker wire reduces the likelihood of the wire breaking if pinched or hitting a sharp edge (e.g. metal studs or unpolished metal holes). Otherwise the cable has been routed with great care and using a plastic tube and our connection between audio devices works.
