Review on Carboplast Thermoplastic Contoured Mortons Plate by Alfonso Alexander

This is in the box with no instructions for use. Not even a box designed for a device, just thrown in a Revain box with my other orders. I see in the description of the item that it can be molded, but there are no instructions anywhere on how to mold it. I even searched the internet and didn't find the information I wanted. I'm going to leave it and try to attach it to my shoe somehow to try and get the toe stiffness, but on my first walk with it I found that it goes back into my shoe and therefore doesn't do anything for me.
