These suspenders are amazing!The ratchet notches ensure such a precise fit that I finally don't have to fiddle around with my pants all day!Not at all business casual, I often had to fidget in my pants again or tighten the belt uncomfortably to the next hole. Not only do you get a precise fit with this harness, but my round stomach stays in place all day and is still comfortable standing or sitting. The wide variety of buckle designs, belt materials, and colors can be almost too overwhelming to decide where to start with all of these combinations. I guess I just have to buy them all! hahahaha thanks
