I like that it's easy to use (and customize) as well as manage my inventory through there system.

There customer service has been great! They have helped me many times when i've had questions or issues related to using this software. It would be nice if they released more tutorials/guides in terms of how to maximize its full potential within our business model. Our Woocomerce dropship is working very efficiently now - we no longer need an employee dedicated solely to managing orders & shipments which was taking time away from other duties such as accounting etc.
