My daughter seems to really like this product, she even separates the base from the cone to chew on it herself. I like that it doesn't pose a choking hazard even when disassembled. You can fill the top of the ice cream with water and freeze as needed. I would recommend this for kids who have been teething a bit and haven't just started teething as you can't put a good drop on a cold waffle to soothe gums. But as my 1 year old already has 8 teeth she just needs something to chew on. I have other teethers that I can freeze that fit better in the mouth for gum relief. I'm not deducting a star because it's a good product.
