It seems to be able to take calls, but unless you happen to be a person well aligned with the designers' thoughts, using the phone will be extremely frustrating. The small number of instructions provided suggests that you already know enough how it works to follow the "Troubleshooting" guide. But there is no table telling you which button they mean. there is zip, zero, nada. No information. I know he can take calls because I called him from my regular phone. But the phone call didn't work. Too bad - I liked everything else. I'd pay for instructions for this if there are any, but couldn't find anything on the web except for a non-company website that vaguely mentioned there were instructions if someone downloaded the file, which they suggested, but it was also so obscure and I avoid downloading unknown files. The battery life was so-so. As a headphone accessory for my phone, it seemed to work well. But I wanted a small working phone. I wish I could recommend it, I wish I could use it!
