I bought these on the recommendation of friends at Chi Chi class. I tried on sneakers (too bulky) and socks (too unstable). You are perfect! They are so light on my feet. I have bursitis and was concerned that they didn't offer a range of options. But don't worry, they have comfortable stretch and non-slip soles. I was also pleased that there is a choice of colors (most of my classmates wear black). I chose blue :)
