This software has helped us streamline our hiring process by allowing candidates who are not under contract with another employer have access through this platform for their applications which saves time in having them submit paper resumes or fill out an online application form. It also allows recruiters from different companies as well that they can search multiple databases of applicants at once so it's very helpful when you're trying locate qualified professionals quickly within your organization! I don't dislike anything about using spectrum but there isn’t much we've found yet since its just been implemented into use over two months ago - however if any issues arise during day-to-day operations please contact customer service immediately because all questions/concerns will be addressed right away!! Having used other recruiting platforms before switching back again recently; We realized how easy job searches could become while still being able find people fast compared to what was.
