We were pleasantly surprised by the shorts that also have pockets. I bought these for my 13 year old stepson who is a size 14-16. He's quite skinny, about 5ft - 5ft 1in tall, with shorts that come down to his knees. They're a little loose at the waist, but plenty of elastic keeps them tucked in. He was content with them. Let's see how they hold up and how long they last.
