Seems good so far for my opinion
I don't like the way the clips tighten against the bed rails. They're are 3 different slots for adjustment but one is useless and the other two positions are really on an angle. So you either have to put alot of tension on it or it vibrates open when you hit a bump. My old one fit much better.
