They are not warm white, but flicker slowly and quietly, not spasmodically.
Wanted her inside. My lvgrm has red Christmas lights in the windows and is very warm and cozy. I don't have white party lights indoors during the holidays. They're not warm, they're white. There's not even a hint of amber, gold, or yellow. I took them off and put them outside on the tree. i like shimmer It's not spasmodic, it's slow and soothing, which I haven't found in any other device I've bought. They are not as bluish white as office lights, but WHITE. Too bad they don't come in gold, red, or even green.
