I love Urban Decay products and primers have always been my favorite. I paid the original price listed here (didn't look for another seller and a cheaper version) and ended up having doubts about not buying from the UD official website. The original packaging the primer arrived in was intact and fairly pristine for a box, but when I opened it the plastic primer box was torn, scratched and generally bruised. I've seen items like this before but I've never had a problem because the seller usually mentioned the condition and always reassured me that the item was never used. It had to be the original product. No "broken" condition or anything like that was mentioned. When I removed the primer there was a primer stain on the outer tube and when I opened the cap there were traces of primer on the head bolts indicating tampering. I squeezed the tube to make sure the product was still in the tube and it looks like the tube is half full (maybe a little less). Now I don't know the normal amount because I've always had smaller versions before, but I doubt the sincerity of this whole primer given the state it arrived in. If you're like me and love these products, do yourself a favor and buy the potion from the official City Decay website. It may or may not be a few bucks more (depending on these prices, which tend to fluctuate), but it's worth the peace of mind. UPDATE: After seeing the review and hearing my dissatisfaction, the seller offered me a full refund. while holding the product. In particular, I myself did not accept the offer, but I think that says a lot about the seller. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars just because I was able to take advantage of the extended offer, although I decided not to.
