Was happy with the product when it arrived. It worked exactly as promised. I haven't used it often. When I last tried to use it a few days ago, the on/off button on the receiver didn't work. Like there's a bad connection. After turning it on and off a few times, it turned on intermittently, but all I got was a very loud noise, similar to feedback, or what you'd hear if you plugged an open guitar chord into an amp would. I've tried it on a few different guitars and amps with the same result. Although I've only used it half a dozen times, I bought it 8 months ago and the return and support period has passed. When I look up warranty information on Revain, it prompts me to contact the retailer or manufacturer. Revain was the seller and no manufacturer is listed, just a brand name. Looks like I'm out of luck. I hope this review will lead to contact with Revain and a solution.
